    On October 16, 2024 My ******** arrived for our scheduled appointment at General RV Ft ******. At that time we met with service advisor *****, and explained the problems we had with out RV. At that time of the appointment we explained that this work would all be covered under the 5 year protection plan with, *******, purchased by us through General RV. Photos were taken by ***** of defected areas with promises of a speedy resolution. Since our initial visit we have attempted contact with General RV Ft ****** multiple times, each time with promises of a resolution to the service problem by multiple representatives of General RV Ft ******. On 2 separate occasions, (November 2024 & December 2024) I was able to connect with Operations manager ***** ******. During each of those brief conversations I explained my frustration. He assured me that issues would be resolved to out satisfaction. To date the the work has yet to be addressed and the 5 year protection plan has now expired. Calls to the General ******************* have been made with no signs of progress. Copies of the protection plan were provided to the General ********** advisors, via email, multiple times to expedite the process. On our last contact with service advisor ***** *****? he promised a mobile tech would be sent, with the issues being resolved and cancelled our on site appointment for March 24. Once again as has been our experience the Service advisor assigned no longer works for General RV Ft ******. This problem is now approaching 6 months with little sign of closure. We request being made whole in this situation, immediately, with compensation for months mental distress.

    I purchased a brand new RV from this location at the end of July. On our first trip out, there were so many issues with the vehicle. A lot of these are major safety hazards and hinder our ability to drive. We call over and over for help and email with no reply. No one returns our calls. We show up and ask for help, they fix one thing and then we drive away and it breaks again. We have called *****, ***** & another senior service person. **** has also tried to get assistance for us with no success. Driver side windshield wiper is not working. Wipes wildly Hood keeps opening and unlocking ********** leaking water onto carpet, passenger side Hole in back of driver seat upholstery Bed over chairs does not always go up flat. Right side stays lower than left. Have to go up and down multiple times for it to catch and gets stuck Radio turns on and off while driving. Power resets continuously. Radio only works if generator is on. Cameras not working hinders ability to switch lanes or see behind the vehicle to back up. Lights are flickering if you tap the fuse board by the main bed Solar is not working Entry door is not closing correctly. Latch is loose so handle won't open or close. Step at door is not working. Will not open or close. Or gets stuck in either position. Then works. Then gets stuck again. Issue with filling propane. Valve is stuck and won't accept refills Broken door of dresser cabinet under the large mirrors. Face is detached from rest of wood drawer Bathroom door mount is off ceiling and hanging. Sliding cabinet under the kitchen table won't stay closed. Piece fell off and it keep sliding open. Bathroom cabinets have marking on them like scuffs and scratches Curtain installed crooked and hole in wall - bunk bed lower Vents by window all thre broken - front windshield Fridge door is damaged. Needs to be replaced Battery is not working correctly has acid pouring on the top, service person broke the strap to hold it in place.
