Given the cumulative issues supported by the uploaded document, I believe that Sage truck driving school has engaged in deceptive practices regarding the services promised. This has caused me great emotional and financial distress. At this point, I would like assistance in obtaining my down payment back, as well as any further tuition fees suspended.

      Dear ********-
Thank you for providing us with an opportunity to respond to complaint #********, submitted by Mr. ******** ******* to the Better Business Bureau **************** (BBB).  Mr. ******* started classes with **** (******* location) on July 8, 2024 and completed the program on September ******* when he took his Class A Commercial Vehicle (CDL) exam with the Arizona DMV.
When starting the program, ********** was informed of the federal regulations that speak to proficiency in a **************** Vehicle (CMV).  Federal Regulation states that the instructors must be able to evaluate a driver-trainees proficiency in Behind the Wheel (BTW) skills. If a student is deemed not proficient in a Class A vehicle, they may be provided the option to test in a Class B vehicle to help in locating potential employment.
Mr. ******* was also aware of the cost of the program and our refund policy when the enrollment agreement was signed on his start day on July 8, 2024. The total program cost with fees on the enrollment agreement is $5,230. Please refer to the refund policy below:

      Please see the Attached File

      CASE ID#: ********- ******** *******

      Dear ********,
Thank you for providing us with another opportunity to respond to complaint #********, submitted by Mr. ******** ******* to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving ***************** and the Caribbean.  ************** claims have already been responded to, the school will limit this rebuttal response to only those claims that have not been responded to previously or need clarification.  As stated in our previous response, Mr. ******* began the Class A Commercial Vehicle program at SAGE Truck Driving Schools (*******) on July 8, 2024 and graduated from the program on September 25, 2025.

Our records show that on the students Behind The Wheel Training Guide and Progress Report (BTW), each drive documents whether the event took place on the range or on the road. Of the 13 drives completed, 5 of the drives were completed on the road as specified in the program catalog. At the end of each drive session, the student was asked to sign the document which states that he agrees with the date/time/objectives covered during each training session.

Upon completion of the final drive, the student signed the document once more, validating that he has successfully completed all behind the wheel training, confirms that he has received appropriate guidance throughout the training, and is satisfied with all training sessions unless otherwise noted. The documents maintained in the student file contain Mr. ******* signature on August 6, 2024 in which he confirms that he successfully completed all behind the wheel training and skills labs for the program as indicated herein.  I confirm that I received appropriate critique and guidance after drive sessions, and I am satisfied with all training sessions unless otherwise noted.
Additionally, ********** signed enrollment agreement specifies that additional training hours are available at a cost not to exceed $150 per hour.

Mr. ******* also states that he has not been offered job placement assistance. Despite multiple attempts to speak with Mr. ******* and schedule a re-test, he did not reply to correspondence and ultimately did not obtain his Commercial Driver License (CDL). **** offers job placement assistance services to all students that obtain a CDL with an excellent history of successfully placing graduates with many local and national employers. **** cannot guarantee any student a CDL, specific wage, or employment in a job as a result of training or placement assistance.

Mr. ******* is welcome to contact the school directly at ************** to discuss returning for a second road test exam, and upon successful completion any additional services needed to effectively enter the workforce in his new career.

Please accept this as a second response to the complaint, including attached documentation.  If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

      Sincerely,
      ******** *******

(Payment : Student loan via ****** ***. Amount : Close to $5000 USD )Good Morning, I am seeking resolution in a matter that occurred on OCT 8th with Sage trucking school in ***************, **. Two instructors knowingly and purposely defrauded me of my pre paid course time as a student. I have a written admission of guilt from the program director in an email thread to show this fact. The school had an obligation to fulfill the stated amount of course hours and failed to commit to that contractual agreement. Via a third party mediator, the school offered to send me to another school and pay for me to finish the program elsewhere - but because of the unprofessional nature and business tactics displayed, I no longer feel that this school or their affiliates, are who id like to be aligned with. If they can pay to send me to another school - they can return my student loan tuition.I have repeatedly requested a refund of my tuition money because of the nature of the incident, to no avail. As Sage trucking is a third party to the ************* (****) that endorses the course, I asked the college to intervene given the circumstance and **** has not responded to them either after several weeks. Not being afforded the time or attention you paid for as a student is one thing - but my major concern and feeling is that there was bias involved that allowed the instructor to make their decision - right or wrong. I have emails with the school that describe the situation and responses from all parties involved in better detail and would like the opportunity to discuss furthering this matter.
