    I am requesting an itemized invoice of labor and supplies used in a/c work performed Sep 2022 and Feb 2023. I have called and asked the company 4 times. Three times, they have sent me an invoice with only the name of the work done and the total price. There is nothing itemized on the invoices I have received showing cost of labor provided and and itemized cost of materials used.

    We apologize for any inconvenience Ms. *** has experienced in her efforts to procure an invoice from her recent work with AND Services. We appreciate her continued patronage with AND Services, having been a valued customer since 2022. Based on review of the account history, as a result of Ms. ***'s correspondence with customer service representative, Rosin, a separate invoice was emailed to nancye***@hotmail.com on 2/21/23 at 2:01 pm which is confirmed as delivered. Please find attached the document emailed to Ms. *** on 2/21/23. The usual and customary for AND Services is for  a written proposal to be provided to and reviewed with the customer. Upon agreeance the customer signs the proposal executing the contract and then the scope of work is scheduled to commence at a later date. A copy of the proposal is typically given to the customer. Our invoicing is not broken down by individual line items of all components involved. It is a summarization of the scope of work, including both labor and materials. Please find attached the original proposal as reviewed with and signed by Ms. *** on 2/9/23. These documents are representative of AND Services routine operations and are standard to our daily business dealings with each and every customer. There is no additional invoicing to provide.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I feel that it is my right as a customer to receive and itemized list of both goods, equipment, and services that I have paid for. Just because it isn't their "policy" to provide an itemized doesn't mean that I am not legally entitled to an itemized list.

    I have reached out for assistance from senior personnel in order to provide Ms. *** with a more detailed invoice. John ********* our Customer Relations Manager will be reviewing Ms. ***'s account and putting together a revised invoice to reflect the components of the scope of work that was completed. I would anticipate that Mr. ******** will be able to have this documentation to Ms. *** within a week's time. However, I would ask that Ms. *** please retain the following number (813) 445-4818 should she need to reach out to John sooner. When calling the number provided, simply provide the customer service agent with your information to pull up your account and advise you would like to speak with "John *******o." I have placed notes in Ms. ***'s account so the customer service representative will know what the call is regarding. We do hope we are able to provide Ms. *** with everything she needs. Thank you.
