    I am so over this company..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's so sad that you can't get anything done from them . The scheduling department sucks...no on communicate in the office and I got ripped off from the very beginning on my 8,000.00 air conditioner. Had it not even 6 months and it already started having problems. Almost 3 years later still having problems and can't nobody fix it ..it has little pin leaks and I am still waiting for someone to come fix it. I called on 10-7-23 about the air conditioner problem which is..it says 77 in my house and the thermostat is set on 73..so tired of the run around. My appointment was between 9-11am today and they just called and said someone will be there around 3-5. So from Saturday till today which is Wednesday the 11th of October. A guy came out on Sunday and put Freon in it to hold us till another technician came out. Well nobody came on Monday or Tuesday. So let's see how this goes of they make it today. Tired of this company not giving a damn!!!

    Worst company to deal with HVAC ever. Anytime you call, they are rude & act like you’re dumb or trying to get something for free. I got them to install a AC a year ago and have had nothing but issues. Having them come up is like pulling teeth and of course when they do come out, the problem is never fixed. Feel like I wasted $12k.

    I called them because my air conditioner was not cooling properly. The tech within 5 minutes told me I needed to replace the entire system for $9500 because he wasn't sure if the coolant line was leaking. Since I didn't just fall off the turnip truck and have been a real estate investor all of my life, this old lady can't be taken advantage of. I called another HONEST company who immediately found the cap on the line was loose causing the coolant to leak out. They refilled it, tightened the cap, and it's working fine. This company is only in business to see how much money they can rake in; honesty is not their policy!
