      The third week of March of this year, I had We Care AC and Plumbing install a new bathtub in my unit. They had to cut out the drywall to do the install. They put in the new tub and I was told they would have someone to come out and fix the drywall. Unfortunately, I paid them when they put the tub in. The amount I paid included the drywall repair. I haven’t heard another word from them even though I have left multiple messages. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. I realize I’m an idiot for paying them, but they should have the decency to call me back. If We Care is not going to complete the job, they should return the money that was allocated for the drywall. The internet shows top notch ratings for We Care - Don’t believe it.

      A third-party contractor is scheduled to repair the dry wall at We Care's expense. All communication has been with the customer, Tina *******. However, her brother has called our office repeatedly complaining about the service and threatening to file a complaint with BBB. However, we are communicating with the customer and homeowner, Tina *******, not her brother. All of We Care's leadership and call center are aware of this case and taking action to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

      On March 3,
      I had a technician from We Care plumbing and electrical come to our house to fix our outside outlet for the sprinkler system. Per technician notes: he ( the technician) changed the cover of the outlet, not finding anything wrong with the connections or the outlet itself, he reset the sprinkler system and it started working. There was nothing wrong with the outlet and the sprinkler system started working after the reset.
      Now the company wants to charge me over $600 for changing the outlet cover ( which as it turns out was not necessary) and pushing the reset button on the sprinkler system.
      I have asked for an itemized invoice; my request was refused. Instead I received a vague invoice on a generic form letter that was generated before any service was performed. I did sign that form prior to the service.
      I will gladly pay for the service that was actually provided.

      To Whom It May Concern:

      Ms. ******* 202 * ******* St., is correct on the date of service and provided an accurate invoice. Per the invoice, the fee was to exam and repair the the problem area. In this case, an outlet was not functioning. Ms. Barret also agrees that the technician repaired the issue and the outlet was functioning when the technician left. Furthermore, Ms. Barret verified that the work was completed and accepted the invoice with her signature. She was consulted about the price prior to the repair and she signed the invoice after work was complete.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the ductwork was left laying on the ground, a hole in my ceiling that allows hot air into my home and the job was not completed properly! Since the day the unit was installed I have been calling about it not cooling my house, I have the messages that were sent to me the day after it was installed about someone coming to look at it and still nothing got done about it

      We Care did everything it was supposed to under its agreed contract. All insulation was present when we left the site. Someone else came in behind us and performed additional work. Our pictures clearly show the new unit in and the skirt back on the house. In addition, we went back to the property it was clear that some torn insulation off to make room for working plumbing pipe.

      We Care HVAC will install a shroud to wrap exposed duct work. We Care contacted Ms. Courtney ***** on September 17, 2024 to schedule repairs on September 24, 2024. Ms. ***** said that this would remedy the situation.

      We Care is not validating nor agreeing with *** Plumbing and Gas' assessment of We Care's work because we hav eno evidence of the work site before and after ***'s repairs. We Care's efforts are meant to maintain customer satisfaction.
