    This dealership did a diagnostic (which I paid for) and found a battery defect. They were very polite and responsive when doing the diagnostic and presenting me with a proposal for repair but I later presented documents showing the repair is covered under warranty. After stating they couldn’t find a “warranty code”, the dealer referred me to BMW corporate. BMW has confirmed my warranty coverage and attempted to contact the dealer on my behalf. The dealer did not respond. I have left multiple phone messages and emails but the dealer is not responding to me. BMW corporate assigned a case manager in an attempt to get the dealer to respond but those outreaches are being ignored too. In summary, I need to have my car repaired, the repair is covered under warranty, BMW corporate confirms the warranty coverage, and this dealership will not respond. This feels as if they are choosing to ignore warranty repairs that are inconvenient or that they don’t want to deal with. Extremely disappointing.
