We will glady refund or reprint any order that has a mistake as a result of an error on our part or a printing flaw that sometimes may occur during the printing process. However, we can not provide any refunds or credits for printing that matches your proof that you approved. We will work with you and attempt to come to some sort of agreements to help offset your cost if possible with a reprint, including discounted pricing on a reprint.
