    We sent this company $5,500 to cancel time share and get us reimbursed money we paid to Summer Winds Resort. We received two letters stating they were working on it and we would be getting some of our money back we paid in. Now the number is disconnected and website says permanently closed.

    We contacted Mediation Resource Group after they sent us a letter to get out of our timeshare. We talked to them a few times and signed a contract. I cannot get ahold of them now and had sent them $4000.00. Now the website says they are permanently closed. I don’t know if they ever filed to get rid of our timeshare so I don’t know what to do about that since I haven’t paid my maintenance fees for this year. I don’t know what to do now. This will also affect our credit rating I have been told.

    We hired Mediation Resource Group to help us get out of a timeshare with Branson's Nan****et, we were told, that it would not take more than 12month's . Mediation Resource Group (Robert ****), is the person I spoke with he said that he would be able to get the total amount we had paid for the timeshare, and that Mediation Resource Group would receive 30% of the total. If within the 12months he could not get it settled we would receive our 4000.00 dollar back in full. I spoke with Robert many time in past months he assured me everything was going good, and to check with him the last of December, 2023, I tried to contact him many times, the phone number is not a valid number now. Mediation Resource Group ph. number 1-800-506-5987. Robert **** personal Ph. number 417-527-1079. My contract number with Mediation Resource Group is 436671, I need to do whatever I can to try to at least get back the 4000.00 dollars that he has taken. any help would be appreciated.

    This is a formal complaint against MEDIATION RESOURCE GROUP-1992 Lewis Turner Blvd,suite 1116, Fort Walton Beach,Fl. 32547 ph 1-800-506-5987.

    My name is Diane *** ***** ***** **** and Dennis Joe ***.

    We started working with this company 12-20-22, to get out of a timeshare in Branson,Mo. We paid them $5500 plus $1500 for credit protection (I have documents), We were told it could take 9 months to a year--so by Dec. of 2023, we would get all of the money we had spent up to that date. I called regularly to my person of contact ROBERT ****, 417-527-1079 for updates. as of 11-7-23 when I checked he said you should be completely done and funded after 1st of the year--we will open the 2nd week of Jan. 2024. On Dec. 27th I checked again and he responded "we are closed until 1-8-24. So when I called him back on 1-15-23--his number had been disconnected. So I started calling the company number--no answer- leave a message--I have been calling ever since--no answer and NO call back.
    I googled the company hoping to find another phone number--no luck--it says PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
