    I’ve been using that place several times for all of my vehicles, spent thousands of dollars on balancing and purchasing a tires through them.
    However, yesterday I brought a brand new rim (in a box with all packaging, and inspected by me when I received it from the company) to them for tire installation that they previously ordered for me.
    Not to mention that the clerk upfront didn’t have a courtesy to listen and trying to understand what I was saying to him, he even was under the impression that I am just some walk-in customer. He offered me a random services for my spare car, disregarding that I mentioned that this particular tire that they ordered is for my other car.
    After I came to pick my tire and rim up there was several dents and scratches all over it. Keller’s clerk is in denial that they did it, and made an accusation that I brought it like that, the shipping box was damaged, etc., when he for the fact received it from me in perfect condition.
    They yelled and cuss me out after my husband called them to see what happened, called me a f*cking wife, and other names.
    I personally watched how their tire technician throwing stuff left and right around the shop, didn’t care if he can damage customers’ property, but they “did not do that”
    Very “great” representation of the customer service for the customer who was supporting local business.
