I am rejecting this response because:

STATE OF FLORIDA STATUTES are not above the Constitution for the United States of America which Jimmy ******* and his agent Kecia ******* are in violation of as well as the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States of America and the Moroccan Empire. An Affidavit of Dispute has already been sent to Mr. ******* as well as the de facto Attorney General of the STATE OF FLORIDA and the de facto governor of the STATE OF FLORIDA Ron ********. With response from Mr. ******* or the de facto OKALOOSA COUNTY SHERIFF as to what authority gave them the right to take my automobile to begin with they are in violation of proper due process (Fifth Amendment of the Constitution for the United States of America). This is now a violation of domestic and international law and will be filed as an official ‘case and controversy’ in Morocco Consular court in accordance with Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution for the United States of America.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/23/2025

We picked up and impounded the said vehicle per the Okaloosa County Sheriff's on 3/26/2025 because the driver (person filing complaint) was pulled over for not having a licence plate, registation, no drivers licence/passport or insurance all of which are required by FL State Law and she was arrested.  After this person was release from jail she came to our impound yard where we explained everything to her in front of the Sheriff's, that in order to get her vehicle she had to go to the DMV to title the vehicle in her name, get it registered, put insurance on it and obtain a valid drivers licence. She refused and claims to be a sovereign citizen, a Moorish citizen where she does not believe in the US Government and its laws.  The buyers order that she attached to the complaint does not make her the legal owner, just a buyer, she would have had to go to a DMV to register it to make it legally hers.    Per the Florida State Statute her time has run out and she has no claim to the vehicle.
