    Vicki at the Blind Shop met me at our condo to measure for new curtains.We placed an order, gave her half of the money in October 2022. She said that the curtains would probably be ready in December or January. I called in January(not ready), called in March( in the works but not ready) Then my calls were met with a phone disconnection. Since I live out of town I don’t know how to get in touch with her. The Condo is located in Ft. Walton Beach. She just stole my money!

    I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT OF $950.00 ON A WINDOW TREATMENT FOR A SLIDING GLASS DOOR ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2022. EARLIER THIS YEAR I VISITED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THE COMPANY WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY ACQUIRING THE MATERIAL BUT HOPED TO HAVE IT SOON, LAST WEEK I RETURNED TO THE STORE TO FIND IT VACATED. I WENT TO THE STORE NEXT DOOR AND WAS GIVEN THE HOME PHONE NUMBER OF THE EMPLOYEE I HAD BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE CALLED HER DAILY AND HAVE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT THE MAIL BOX IS FULL! IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY THAT YOU CAN HELP ME HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED?

    On January 24, 2022 I paid a $1600 deposit for custom draperies to be made and installed in my condo on Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach, FL). At the time I was told the order would take 6-8 weeks.
    By January of 2023 I had still not received my order. While I was in Fort Walton Beach for the winter, I visited the Blind Shop several times asking for an update on my order. I was told only that "orders were taking a long time" and that there were issues with the shop where they are made'. I have repeatedly tried to reach the owner by phone but one number appears to be out of service and the other is always"busy".
