    I had made the reservation online for a boat rental for 4 Hours. I filled out all the disclaimer online before I got to the location and agreed to all the term and conditions but upon arrival the area of the location is in a bad neighborhood did not feel safe to leave the care in the lot and the boat they were offering me were old and the description of the location was falsely advertised to crab island. I requested to cancel my reservation and they denied to cancel and charged me the full amount of $319.00. Talked with the manager and said they will not refund the amount I booked with another company for $367.00 for same adventure for the safety of my family. I had only booked the reservation Hour before the Arrival and they would not cancel.

    unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do regarding a refund, once a charge is disputed with the card company we no longer have the option to issue a refund. 
    If you had reached out to us first we would’ve been happy to work with you to make thing right
