    Sent me an estimate number E230316163 dated March 16. 2023. Payment terms said pay on Receipt. Estimate amount of $2397.00 Created by Chris Mickens I sent the check for $2397.00 in April 2023 it was cashed on or about 14 April. This was a Bank of America bill pay check. This was for windows/glass for **** ****** ***** *****, Fort Walton Beach. My tenant has never been contacted either for installation. Have tried numerous times to contact them with no response. ******************* and tried to e-Mail them numerous times. Would a refund. Since I have never received glass/windows.

    I had a screen patio that they came out to screen in and they never finished. I have called 25 times left messages and they have told me on numerous occasions they would come to my house and finish the job and never show up. They were paid around $5000.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. They claim a $1,310 job is $5,000 dollars? This shows how dishonest these people are. I’ve uploaded a copy of the invoice too this complaint showing the truth. It is complete slander and will be dealt with accordingly. It’s a patio from 1980 that was re-screened with round spline like a window and door screen. Unlike modern screen rooms with flat spline that locks in. And as well all know a window or screen door can commonly be push out. They were warned that we do not warranty old patios that have to use round spline before we did the job. Six months later they claim “it just fell out”. As for the 25 calls they valid to have made this also can be proven with our call log and is also slander.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    im sorry it was $1310. Went back and checked the invoice. I put in the wrong amount. I am 83 and feel like they are taking advantage of me. I called them numerous times being told they only work 3 days a week and they would come back to fix the screen by the door that was never done!! They also said they would fix the part that fell and still never bothered to show up or reschedule.
