      On March 28,2024 , I spoke with ******* ******* the President and owner of Swanson Towing & Recovery LLC. about purchasing a **** ***** ******* for $5,800. ********** advised the vehicle needed a motor which, he can have a new motor put in operable within a week from March 28,2024 if I wanted the vehicle. I advised yes I will like the vehicle in a operable manner. ** ******* stated he'll like $3,000 down for a payment and for the remaining $2,800 we can set up a pay arrangement of $150.00 a month until paid in full starting once I received the vehicle in operable order. I paid ********** $3,000 on March 28,2024 once receiving the money ********** offered a loaner vehicle until the vehicle I purchased was completed and operable. On April 4, 2024 ********** stated "Getting your car out today to get the ball rolling" via text message. Than , On April 29, 2024 ********** texted and stated " I'm trying to put some cash together today cuz everything's tied up until we go to the lawyer do you have 5 or 600 you could send on the car I could use it really bad?" I still didn't have the vehicle in a operable manner as promised and guranteed. On Wednesday June 19,2024 I called ********** phone number which another Gentlemen answered and I asked to Speak to ********** and the Gentlemen stated "He's unavailable." On June 22,2024 ********** asked me to meet him at his Car lot at 4:45pm, I arrived and ********** gave me an ultimatum stating "the keys are in the igniton you can take the vehicle and go put a new motor in it yourself and you owe me no more money or I can give you a refund". I stated "I would like a refund for my down payment instead I don't want the vehicle due to it still not being in working condition as he had promised, ********** than proceeded to get upset stating "Well call you a ride because you' re going to need one." and took the loaner vehicle back from my possession and stated "You'll have your money on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I also have proof

      **** cash way cash car. I have a builder sale paper, receipts, documents, text messages, phone calls. I even didn't call and verify by the police station. He won't give me the titles to the car and he wants give me my $1,400 back
