      I had an overflowing toilet so I submitted a request through my warranty company on Monday, 3/25/2024. Prime Plumbing reached out to me the next day and told me it would be Thursday between 2pm and 5pm before they could get to me. I was in a panic, but I didn't think I had a choice. First, they scheduled it for Thursday, 3/14/2024. I called it to their attention and they changed it, but something seemed off. So, Thursday 3/28/2024 came and I hadn't heard anything by 4:15 pm so I called the GA number that called me from there. They told me that the techs were backed up but they were coming. When the guy got there, he went up on the roof to snake the drain. He was up there about 10 or 15 minutes. Since I work from home and had to clock in, the tech told my adult son that he would be right back with the jetter. He never came back and I had a massive flood from the toilet and the tub after he left. I was stuck with soaking wet carpet in my hallway and in the bedrooms on both sides of my bathroom for the ENTIRE weekend. What's worse is I called back on Friday and was told the guy would be back Saturday. I called Saturday and the on-call supervisor sounded like he was disappointed and was gonna handle it at the end of the day but he never came either. He never called, he never returned any of my texts or calls after that either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Oh and btw, they were going to charge me $425 since the work was considered not covered by my warranty but I didn't pay a dime because the job wasn't completed. I'm highly disappointed. I hardly ever write reviews much less negative ones but this was such a a traumatic experience, I'm writing on every platform I can find. This is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. I hope they get shut down at some point. Seriously.

      They were sent out by my Warranty Company to repair a toilet, in upstairs bath. 24-36 hours later water was pouring out of my ceiling and walls, downstairs. Prime Plumbing came out and admitted it was their fault. Never heard or saw them again. I was left with a broken toilet, and water damage.
