    This contractor was hired to build us our dream home. July 2022-July 2023. Two months before completion and was told there was no longer funding to finish the house. This is after we, the owners had provided all appliances and lighting fixtures. We then had to come up with an additional $30,000 by pulling for retirement funds to complete the house. We had to find someone to place flooring and tile, that's supplies and labor. In addition, we had agreed to shelving in closets that were not supplied and had to cancel cabinets that were already ordered. we just recently were sent a bill for the glass that was installed in the bathrooms and in good faith paid that company over $4000. Our house is not what our plans called for. We were supposed to have a larger front door, stone on the outside of the house, lighting for the outside. We were left with a shell of a house to finish, no finalized documents for warranties, no finalized paint, and an open area in a wall where a fan to the oven range would go. I have asked for documents directly to the contractor such as warranties, receipts, and finalized documents. He referred me to "reach out to your lending institute for a comprehensive list of both subs and final costs, as mine in complied in various submission batches/draws." This is not how we anticipated dealing with a professional. To top everything off, I had to do the construction cleanup, remove the window stickers and ask for screens. Screens were delivered but not the ones that originally came with the windows. We are not pleased with
