    They promised to build me an app for booking for the price I paid and didn't build the app. They signed me up for an app building program that I only had a 7 day trial to and then had to pay more money to continue the app building process so I got no app and filed a dispute with affirm and lost the dispute based on the company return policy. I'm basically out of the money I paid without an app to show for it. I just need people to know not to do business with this company. I really don't have much to say because I'm just ****** off right now with the horrible customer service from both this company and affirm. I just want my app at this point.

    Regretfully, this client was informed that the offer he was receiving for an already discounted price ($1,000 off) was a DIY (Do It Yourself) offer where the client drags and drops the app features they want into their app and he was given the option to have our company build it for him at our set price but opted out. I have 3 documented links below from our sales call in which we specified that he would be given the access to our AI App Building Platform to build that app HIMSELF.  I will also upload the screenshots of the transcript of our conversation when the client signed up with us. We never charged anything additional and the client was told to select a template that was on our "Free Trail" web page but his premium membership was upgraded as soon as he was onboarded. This client was very confused even though every step was clearly outlined which I will take ownership for future communication with clients in ensuring there is immense clarity in the future.

    We offered training to assist the client and my support staff indicated that he was swearing and using inappropriate language on these calls with other clients present in which the client was asked to be respectful of the other professionals on our training calls. We have given this client access to our system to build an iOS, Android, Web App and Admin panel to run his business but unfortunately the client refused to move forward and demanded a refund when we even offered to assist building out some of the App Pages for him. We offer a wide range of options for our AI App Building Clients including support calls, training once a week and additional upgrades where we will build the Drag and Drop app for you if you are unable to do so. We did our best to accommodate this client and service over 100 clients on our AI App Builder that absolutely love our platform and excel using it for their business.

    I worked with Digital Prodigee on a quote for an app. After some negotiation, I agreed to purchase:#3 Rapid Clickable Prototype- User stories, wireframes and figma design and pitch deck $5,500 September 5 - I wire-transferred the $5,500 to the ***** Fargo account on the invoice.September 13 - Kick-off meeting for the project with Sulaiman N.September 20 - Requirements meeting with ************* was told designs would be available in about a week.September 25 - *************************** (CEO) communicated that ******** was in the hospital September 29 - ***** told me ******** was back November 16 - After repeated requests, was told by ******** that the design screens would be done by November 19th. This is the last communication I had with ******** and I can see in the Slack channel he is no longer active. I have been trying since November 27th to communicate with ***** and *******************, Head of Sales, but neither will respond to my emails, texts, phone calls, and slack channel messages. I've sent and email asking for a refund of my $5,500 and I've sent an invoice to them for the refund (so that they could pay me back via credit card if need be) and I haven't gotten a response.

    **** and I did have difficulty during her first few months after my company had to let go of her Project Manager who unfortunately was trying take my companies clients behind my back. This was a separate issue but once discovered we had to quickly replace her Project Manager and 10 other clients PM as well as hers. I spoke with her regarding InclusiVR and the events that caused the delayed communication and deliverables. The client and I had an understanding and I even volunteered additional add-on's to our service to make up for our internal staff conflict. The client was satisfied with solutions to move forward and we received raving review on our work on her storyboard stating "You have no idea how happy this makes me" (see attached screenshots). Once we received the approval directly from the client in April to move forward we began a video production showcasing her brand with Augmented Reality custom HUD designs which were never reviewed by the client. I messaged her, texted, called and emailed and even had my lawyer request that she take this review down since we delivered her work but she continues to not respond. Ironically, her business is model is to help businesses particularly less advantaged and due to her review we've lost over $100,000 in total deals and as a female minority business owner in STEM it has hurt my business tremendously. It's slander and is just not an accurate recount of the events especially after our initial oversight was mitigated. I have uploaded the video to prove we delivered our asset to the client which to this day is still pending her review for InclusiVR:

    I hope everyone that utilizes reviews understands how this hurts businesses especially when they are inaccurate and resolved matters. Everyday they keep affecting the businesses you post about. I think this is extremely unfair this review is still posted and that this client refuses to remove it. We are currently undergoing legal measures to recoup losses and damages.
