    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to request your assistance in resolving an issue I have with Pelagic Equipment LLC. In January 2024, I sent a deposit of $1000 to Pelagic Equipment LLC via Zelle. This payment was intended as a deposit towards the purchase of a ****** spiral mixer.The company informed me that they needed two weeks to ensure everything was functioning properly before they could ship the mixer to my location in ********. However, despite numerous attempts to follow up over the past several months, the mixer has not been shipped, nor has my deposit been refunded.I have been in contact with the owner, ***, and his son, ****, who have both acknowledged the situation but claimed that they are unable to return my deposit due to a lack of funds. I have attached proof of the $1000 deposit, the original invoice, and our communication regarding this matter.Given the circumstances, I believe it is only fair to request a full refund of my $1000 deposit. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me recover my funds.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.Sincerely,*******************

    His name is ************************************* his fake company is Pelagic Equipment LLC. Also his father's name is ********************************* and his fake company is Guaranteed Equipment. They have multiple websites with same equipment and sell on **** as well.I was scammed by this father and son duo who I happened to find out later tend to do this to a lot of people. There is multiple places I found later on online that people tried posting about their practices and nothing comes from it. He even straight up told me he's been threatened before and nothing comes from it and he will not be returning my money. Their scheme is selling equipment they do not posses and then make excuses that something happened to the equipment while trying to get us something similar. They refuse to give a refund but take a less comparable piece of equipment. Even when I asked to see pictures of what he will send, he refused to. I happened to find the pictures of the oven he promised me on **** for a different seller out of **********. The scammer is located in ********Date of transaction was 05/29/24 going forward. I paid $15,380 through a wire transfer to ********** in ********The oven I am attaching with his phone number of ********** is the same oven as another company is listening on **** as we speak. He said this oven was involved in an accident in transportation but refuse to give me any shipper information. This is all a scam. I am also including the invoice that was sent from him. His address seems to not match his business and the *** he has is the same as another company. He is

    Date:2/1/2024 ****** mixer deposit $1,000 Was sent via Zelle to the company bank account.After around 30 days of delaying the delivery i was told that the mixer was sold to someone else by another person in the company. They breached the contract of my order so I proceeded to request they return my $1,000 deposit I placed on the mixer.Its been over 30 days again and no response from the owner.
