      Our company only uses Sabrent hard drives. As we are acustom to, prior to purchasing the Sabrent Model number SB-4TB-NAV2 Rocket Nano External hard drive, we called your customer service department and confirmed that if anything happened to the Rubber Cover Protector our company would be able to buy a replacement. Unfortunately, we just purchased the product from ****** and the unexpected happened, we lost the rubber cover for the hard drive. We immediately called your customer service department which provided us a totallly different story as opposed to the one we originally received from your representative before we purchased the product which stated Sabrent has the Rubber Cover Replancement for this hard drive available for purchase. When I spoke with ***** and ***** today 4/14/2025, both lead us to a dead end stating Sabrent does not have this part available and with a very cold chilling way pretty much said, "You're out of luck and Good bye"This is extremely discouranging especially when our company and my son's company have spend so much money in purchasing your products. Now we are stuck with a product that is not protected and we cannot return to ****** for a refund due to our fault in losing the Rubber Case Protector. We feel we were mislead by your representative and all we are asking Sabrent is to sell us a the Rubber Case Protector replacement for the hard drive. I also want to point out that due to the heavy english accent with your representatives, sometimes it is extremely difficult for them to fully comprehend the message we are trying to get accross in English which can cause customers like to be put in this akward and undesirable position. We have attached a copy of our ****** purchase receipt. Thank you.

      I bought a product from this brand for $200. It has a warranty which I contacted the brand about, I sent the proof that the product is not working as it should they agreed and they said that they would replace it when the *** number of the product is verified. The brand's software verifies the *** number of the product and they have been going back and forth and still didn't replaced the product and didn't reply.

The consumer also did not include a valid phone number. The consumer is being advised to call their customer service line ( ************** ) and press #1 to be connected.
