I contacted **** after several other companies in regards to a flat tire. I was Unsuccessful in getting the lug nuts removed from back tires he assured me that he would be able to remove them. Once he arrived i ask What was the fee before he started he advised " we will discuss it" red flag. He removed the lug not breaking them he advised that he would need to get new ones he left don't return for 5 days. I told Him i had An event and the truck was needed asap he came back out to complete the job but saw and knocked until he push the studs inside the axel and wasn't able to remove them after a hour. **** has one arm and was not able to remove the axel because he had no assistance... he told me i would Need to get it towed at my expense because he could not do it as advised he then told me it would be $697 in cost for whatever job was not done. He charged me for a few hours of labor in which i have A video of him sleeping in his truck at least 30 min of that. I ask For receipt for the part purchased he refused. I am Not stuck with parts that the next company will not take and he's wanting me to wait 2/3 days to get the back not including the time on when i would Get the refund ... i am Requesting Half my money back in this case.
