    March 31-april 1, 2023. I hired agility to move me. 2300$ for 500 cubic feet. The head mover ****** was rude and disrespectful. Did NOT utilize the space well wasted space. Would not discuss spacing or necessary boxes to go. Just grabbed the furniture and kept yelling No repeatedly anytime I asked if somthing would fit. Refused to fill spaces with boxes. Broke my big tv and when he saw that is was broken never said anything to me and couldnt leave fast enough. Took my kitchen table apart never put it back together. Never set up my smaller tv left it against the wall still wrapped. I was left with furniture. No kitchen ware, not a pot pan or dish. Nothing for the bathroom They will pay me 215$ for the big tv they broke and I get the shaft for everything else. The owner ***** was rude and dismissive. Only kept telling me thats all the space I paid for. ( there were 2 other loads already on the truck before they got to me.) So here I sit with furniture, cant prepare a meal or shower. And for another 2300$ they will bring another load for me! They also left my things that couldnt go on the truck out in the rain. When I *********************** tell the guys to concentrates on getting their stuff on the truck. Kitchen chairs elliptical, boxes and small Woden furniture It was like watching the keystone cops in slow motion.

    Please see attached bill of lading that the Better Business Bureau is requesting. 

    As ******************** states we offered to move all of the items in ************************ home so he would not need to rent a third truck. ******************** chose to do this himself. As he acknowledged while this was a less expensive option than having Agility move the items, it was still an expensive endeavor. We understand moving is expensive and we wish this move had turned out in a way that left ******************** feeling better about our process and services. We offered $700.00 to ******************** in good faith however he is requesting over 3 times this amount. While we are not able to reimburse him the requested amount I would like to extend one final offer of $1,000.00 reimbursement. Should ******************** accept this settlement amount we will issue him a claim settlement letter and upon acceptance will issue an immediate refund.

    Hello, I filed a complaint against a moving company for price gouging. The company agreed to reimburse me some of the expense and my complaint was closed. I have waited a month now and have not heard or received anything from the moving company

After further review of this complaint history we realize that ******************** did accept our updated offer of $1000.00 in reimbursement. We will issue an immediate credit to ************************ account in the amount of $1000.00.

    Hello, I hired this company to move me from **********, ** to **********, **. We loaded on June 28, 2022 and it is now July 14, 2022. The owner is very hard to reach and I have received updates and promised July 7, 2022 delivery but there has been no delivery. My belongings are somewhere and I feel like I am being held hostage. Please help!
