  Awful experience. While my pickup went relatively smooth, the delivery process was a nightmare.I was told that Id be contacted the day prior to my move, but ended up receiving NO communication from the company for multiple days prior to the original scheduled date. I reached out to the customer service agent Id been working with numerous times, but was sent to voicemail each time, and all emails were completely ignored. After two days of no response, I was contacted by a totally different representative who informed me she had no *** to provide.Eventually, the mover directly texted me they had my items and would drop them off that evening. The mover (singular) showed up over an hour after they originally said they would and multiple boxes were wet. One was soaked to the point the top of the box had collapsed and all items were exposed. Shocked more of my belongings werent damaged.Highly recommend NOT using this company due to the total lack of communication - moving is stressful enough as is. Would also note that the contract allows them to charge significantly more upon arrival if there is deemed a long distance from the truck to your residence.

  BEWARE! You will be sorry if you do business with these people. You will be lied to over and over during the process. You will be told the day of delivery that you are being charged MORE for the same delivery that you signed a contract on. Your belongings will be destroyed! Furniture, Electronics, Art, Clothing. EVERYTHING was damaged. The only way to come back after enduring months of stress is to file a civil suit and alert the legal system that there are people out there that will destroy your belongings. This company will go dark and refuse to hear from you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  This company totally ripped us off from what started out as a $3000 quote before they had our belongings became an $9000 ending quote in order to get our stuff off of their truck. Our furniture is missing screws broken and or never placed accordingly as stated in their contract. Not to mention the way they packed our belongings at our house so we paid extra for. Then to mention the truck showed up with a piece of paper and magic marker on the side of the truck stating the companys name which was not even the company that we hired I would stay as far away from this company as you possibly can they are a sham and they will do nothing to you, but steal your money and do a horrible job with your relocation

  awsome company, they offer great service both over the phone when you need to talk to them and in person when came to load up my move, everything arrived intact and in time. will definitely use them again if i need to move in the future.

  Worst experience, don't do any business with these guys, they promised me that they have given me a quote for more than what my inventory may require. If there is no surprise in my inventory list, i won't have any surprise in the price. My inventory list was exactly as I had told them on the phone and the quote was for $1900. When the drivers were at my door they gave me as estimate of $2800 and i had absolutely no option. They also told me that they are not broker which was not true

  From someone who ignored a few bad reviews.. do NOT go with these people. Every step of this process was awful. when the people came to pick up my stuff, they were putting everything onto the truck and didnt inventory my belongings so because they didnt inventory all of my missing stuff, including my technology and TVs they will not refund me. I moved 2000 miles across the country. I have lived on my own for 6+ years and to be belittled and used is an understatement. The only people good about this situation was ******* and ******. So this complaint does not go to them, but however, the company has been awful. When I got to my new state, I kept asking when it would be here for four weeks straight. i was the one who said the money wasnt out of my account, and they said they dont leave till they get paid. but no one ever called me!!!! and when i asked when arrivalbusy season and needed. driver pay them when they picked up my stuff so they had to wait on a payment, i received no call!!! I am a Cosmetologist I had to buy all new tools and clothes to go to interviews and when I started that job, I still did not have my stuff After over $700 lost, they told me they would refund a little bit they didnt they made me pay more and the guy who brought my belongings (wasnt even in the contract it was a different business) he wanted me to pay him individually and couldnt pay across state. in my face was Very rude and calling me names, when he left, I realized that a lot of my stuff was tampered with, and my TVs were missing as long as my Apple Watch and because their own employee didnt do his job I cant be refunded for my missing belongings. ****** tried to tell her boss that i was being honest and they still didnt care. I paid over $2000 because you guys said that I can trust you and now I feel like a business who has a lot of money walking all over individuals who need something is not the way a business should be ran. Do not use this company.

  The company relocated me from *******. I initially spoke with ******* from sales, who thoroughly explained the estimate and ensured I understood all the details. My delivery to ******* arrived a few days earlier than expected, and everything was in excellent condition. ****** from the office was very responsive, and ***** from dispatch kept me well-informed about the shipping process. I truly appreciate the excellent service across states.

  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS....YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I was relocating from ************, ******* to **********, **. They held my things hostage. The orginal quote was for 2500. I ended up paying over 6400. They seperated my load of things in order to try to scam more out of me. They state in their emails they are not brokers. But they are. The drivers told me they are not even insured, they dont know what company they work for. The drivers even tried to scam their hired help that unloaded the truck. THINK TWICE. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM

  To Whom It May Concern,
  This client initially reserved 550 cubic feet for a list of 55 items with our moving office. Upon arrival at the clients home, the ******* discovered ***** cubic feet for 176 items. Before starting work, we revised the estimate, and the customer acknowledged that the price would be significantly different due to the discrepancy between the estimated and actual number of items.
  The client requested delivery on July 27; however, our next available truck was not until the first week of August. Per the estimate, we are given 14 business days to complete the delivery, and we fulfilled this requirement.
  Please note that we are not brokers but carriers. We managed both the pickup and delivery. Different managers oversee our various branches as we operate across states, but everything falls under A Cross States, our company.
  We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the item list had matched the original estimate, the pricing would not have changed. We hope you are settling into your new home comfortably.

  ACROSS STATES RELOCATIONS, INC.House Damage Flooring in main entry way gouged and scratched. Bedroom Wall hole from corner of *******. Property Damaged Picture Frame Jewelry Box. Garbage Glass Christmas Platter. Garbage Ceramic Dip Tray. Garbage Santa Decoration. Garbage/ Packaged by your company Decorative Plate Shelf. Repaired By Me Missing Hardware and not put together upon arrival as contracted.Bar top and foot rail. Most hardware missing, replaced, and assembled by Me Poker game table. Assembled by Me.Desk. Most Hardware missing and replaced, Assembled by Me.Wire shelving unit. Missing Hardware, new hardware ordered, still needs to be reassembled.Lamps (x2) Missing Hardware that holds lampshades in place, unable to find replacement parts.There were multiple boxes not brought into the house and had to be moved and separated by us. Employee, **********, made no effort to complete the job while sitting on the couch talking on his phone. This after he received all money in advance plus scammed me for an extra $200 for "wasting his time". He was extremely unprofessional as pointed out by the two people contracted to assist. ********** knew the job was not complete but still told his contracted help they were done and leaving. He walked out ignoring me telling him he had not finished the job, got in the truck started it and drove away. Furniture still wrapped in their moving blankets, were found in the house and we had to unwrap them along with bringing in the remainder of the boxes and move the furniture ourselves.This entire experience was completely unacceptable. Original quote was for $5,495. Then I called and added extra furniture and property I overlook, that increased the quote to $5850.00. The job that was never completed by the company, cost me $ ********, for substandard work that was promised and never delivered.Very disappointed and feel I have been scammed. To add the last insult to injury, their Settlement offer was, $21.60. 0-star rating.

  To Whom It May Concern,
  This client, *******, booked a move with our company for ***** cubic feet at a total cost of $5,850 for 138 items, moving from ******** to ******* on June 26. Upon pick-up, we found that the actual volume was ***** cubic feet for 253 items. The customer agreed to the revised charges before we proceeded with the move. The client was ready for delivery as of July 1, and the items were delivered within a week to ********
  We apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, the client did not opt for additional insurance or the valuation protection plan from our claims department. We have attempted to address the few damages that occurred but with the light weighted items it is a low amount. The only change in charges was due to the increase in inventory, which exceeded the original estimate by over 100 items.

  Me and my family had a wonderful experience with across states relocations. We moved from ******* to ******* first ***** our sales representative was very helpful and upfront about everything. We recived our items on the day we wanted overall had a wonderful experience will be using them again
