    ****** before paying this company. They are con artists! When I first said "Yes" to their program on 10/23/2024, a fraud alert immediately came through from my credit card company. I should have paid more attention right then but I allowed the charge to go through before checking them out beyond my online inquiry and the promises they made. I found concerning reviews online of poor service, missed deadlines, lots of promises, and poor or no delivery of what was promised. I was unable to track down their physical office(s) online (one review I read was from someone who had physically gone to their location and said it was an empty storage building. I contacted the Publisher within 24 hours of my purchase and asked for a refund since no services had been rendered and I had concerns with them. They refused. My so-called account manager failed to respond when I emailed him right after my purchase (on 10/23) about details in sending them my manuscript. He never replied. In retrospect that was a good thing since they didn't have my book in hand. I was eventually shuffled around to a "manager" several days later who tried to talk me into keeping the service on a 10-day trial and then if I still wasn't happy they would issue a refund. I said no, and simply asked for a refund. The manager was to call me the day after our first call to give me their decision about the refund but he never called. Just all-around flakey folks! I have contested the charge with my *********** US Books' service agreement states they will issue a refund of any unused portion of services with a written request from the buyer. I did all that and still nothing from them. Do not trust or waste your money here!
