    *******!!! DO NOT RENT JET SKIS! I rented a jet ski & on the day of my booking **** who is the owner was no where to be found he would not answer my calls or text. When I requested a refund I was ghosted! **** the owner bragged about how much money he makes renting jet skis when really he is a *******! Do not become a victim! ******* ******* will take your money & disappear!!

    We booked our reservation for 11a today, he changed it to 12 due to 'we took too long to respond and we didn't send the money when he asked for it' then he pushed us to **** wouldn't give a reason so we arrived at 12p as he said it is required to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled. Got there asked where do I go? At 12:04p I thought he had an actual hut or some type of place at the given address. He said 'Park next to the playground and wait I'll be there shortly' at 12:21p then I asked him if he pulled in with black skis as I wasn't aware of what types he had besides they were waverunners. He sent a photo of them and I thought he was here and was waiting on me so I asked him oh where do I go and he said 'I can't text too much cuz I'm driving just hang out at the park you'll see me when I pull up in about 15 minutes' @ 12:21p so I waited. At 12:38 and said 'you here?' With no response from **** the owner Then at 12:47 I said 'any update?' And again no response from ****.. so I sent him another texted a minute later and said 'don't mean to bug you, my apt was for **** and just worried lol' so I waited as I still got no response I decided to call him at **** and he said oh I'm pulling in right now see you in a few and hung up. Then when he got here he said oh i had to get the kids from school my wife gave me the wrong time to pick them up so that made me late. what confused me is she is a stay at home mom per his responses in other reviews and she was following behind him with the kids so his excuse didn't make any sense. and then he never offered us any discount or inconvenience as we had to pay for parking twice and we waited well over an hour. to us it seemed like a scam and he was never gonna show up. don't recommend. rather pay more for another company then come back here. we love supporting local but this one wasn't it unfortunately.
