    On 12/11/2022 I had purchased an under cabinet light item from SuperiorLighting.com - model *************. On 12/21/2022 I had received a package from Superior Lighting which had a wrong item - model ************* of the same manufacturer. I had immediately notified operations manager ***************************** of Superior Lighting that I had received a wrong item (***** had notified me via e-mail on 12/16/2022 that claims for wrong items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Companys website also specifically has a 14-day no hassle return policy). ***** had responded that the item was shipped directly by the manufacturer and they have to work with that manufacturer to see if a refund is possible. Today is 01/6/23 and after sending various videos to ***** showing that I received a wrong item (I am told that the manufacturer is requesting these videos) I am told that the item I had paid for is no longer available, that the item I was sent is a replacement unit (it looks and works differently from the unit I paid for albeit is of the same size) and that the manufacturer did not update them as to the unavailability of the item I had paid for. The item was and is still shown as available on the SuperiorLighting.com website and has no mention of it being shipped by someone else aside from Superior Lighting. The funds taken off of my credit card were sent directly to Superior Lighting. Superior Lighting is not issuing the refund at this point and is refusing to accept a return for this item.
