    spent almost 6000 dollars on a brand new heat pump / ac system in April 2022 . 2 years into the 10 year warranty , the fan blower motor went out . They sent out a tech who diagnosed it and said they would have to order it and it would be overnight shipped to put it in the next day . My house was 93 degrees and I'm a 66 year old with health issues. The next day it was noon and I still hadn't heard anything so I called. I was told they were on it and as soon as it came in they'd be out. At 330 I called back for a heads up. That's when I found out it was never shipped. Tomorrow they told me. So I waited. Next day I called about noon and I just wanted to remind them about my order, nobody said anything, just that they didn't forget. At 330 again I called back and was told it might be tomorrow. So here I was , never being given a courtesy call and having to call them twice a day . Needless to say I was upset and I told them so . That's when the owner jumps on the phone and says , hey , you've been upsetting my ladies here in the office and so we won't be coming out and you can just find another ac company. I tried to apologize even for being upset, and they just hung up on me . This is uncalled for and highly unprofessional. Yes , I was upset, but had every right to be. never once mind you did I swear or cuss or threaten anyone. And now I'm still waiting without air for almost a week.
