    I was told I was a victim of fraud almost immediately (less than an hour) after paying $312. to University Commons. The leasing agent said information I was given in writing was false. Fees that were "included" now are not. Also the information on the Internet was false. I was the victim of fraud by the company and its leasing agent admitted it and almost immediately said the "Utilities Included" was fraud, and I would be charged a large sum of money as part of that fraud. I have filed a claim for the $312. with my bank since she admitted the dishonesty and refused to make it right. I begged for her to. I could not stop payment.
    I have also stopped any future payment to this company. I gave formal written notification.
    Also, since the lease was written by the dishonest company, I cannot sign it. It is my legal responsibility to have no more dealings with University Commons because of fraud against me and probably anyone else.

University Commons Apartments is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
