  when my car break down on the road..I called my mechanic and the franchise in Gainesville do not work on *** and they recommend me Continental Imports .The *** tow service took my car to Continental Imports.The entire Team from the front desk girls to the service and ***************** were ready to help and listen, I left the car there and head back to **************** and Mr. ****** explained to me the conditions and cause of the break down and in a week they got the car Fixed. The pick up was so easy with their lock box's and I never had My car so CLEAN after a repair!!and they fixed all the sensors in the dashboard that no even the *** dealer where able to fix before !!This people know about customer service and German cars for sure.Extremely satisfied.Highly recommend it !!Thank you.

  I had to chose something, but they are a zero actually. Run away fast and far. I am lucky to have a car that runs after they had it, but I did not receive what I walked into the door for.

  The owners of Continental Imports pride themselves in providing top-notch service with special attention to customer service. I havent owned a European vehicle in a while, but bring my ******** made sedan because I am comfortable that I will receive the right diagnosis the first time and repairs will be completed properly and promptly. They also guarantee their work, which provides peace of mind. I will always use Continental.

  Continental Imports took care of the cars in my family and did so with impeccable service. They were honest, fair, and open about issues, costs, and repair time. Will be taking my cars here until Continental Imports says they can't be fixed anymore!

  Continental did it again! It's hard to get ***** to do anything and you certainly cant talk to anybody at Tesla. The team at Continental fixed up my Tesla model 3 fast and easy. They even arranged pickup and delivery to a body shop after we got rear ended. In the past I knew they handled imports, exotics and antiques the best like our **** ******* Testatrossa and our **** ********** Beetle. But they have done a great job with newer electric and hybrid cars too. ** has handled my family like his own. ****** and ***** are local responsible business owners, that are serious about giving back to the community!P.S. ****** will help you before you by a money pit. He has been great to consult on potential pitfalls, warranty availability and any potential issues before you pull the trigger on your next vehicle!Thank you Continental!

  I have been a customer of ********************************************* for over 10 years. The team led by ***** and *********************** is customer centric, always delivering top quality service and attention to detail. The requested service is performed in a timely manner, with the freedom of accepting or rejecting any additional service suggestions made by the technician. I never go on a long trip without having them give the vehicle a full check up. I even bring my American made SUV for them to service and maintain.They may not be the least expensive repair facility, but their outstanding customer service warrants the higher rate. Remember the adage, you only get what you pay for .

  You should read ****'s comment and believe it. You should then read Continental Imports comment and understand that they will try to attack and discredit you if you speak about the poor business practices taking place in their shop. Simply put - they are dishonest and don't do good work.

  *****************,As stated everywhere else that you have left us a bad review. You towed your 200k ******** into ** overheating, with a broken coolant hose, flat tires etc.. We advised you of multiple oil leaks on the car, we advised you to replace the electronic water pump and thermostat based upon the fault codes stored in the **** You didnt like our recommendations, you made us pull a tire off that you approved us to replace, and you refused to pay a diagnosis fee. We waived ******** fee and removed the tire per your request and charged you absolutely nothing. If it was possible to post your invoice on here, we would. The *** dealership made you aware of the same issues. Please stop the slander, your claims are false and we owe you nothing because we charged you nothing. If youre happy with the results you got from ***, then we suggest you should simply use them going forward, they are a ************** as well.
