    Ordered hot sauce from the company on 4/21/25 and have not received a status update after multiple requests and have not received the product. Would like a status as to when to expect delivery or reimbursed for charges if unable to deliver. Poor business practices not responding to inquiries or sending shipments when ordered but company had no issues taking my money.

    Purchased a 3 pack of sauces .got an email with order mar 3rd @ 4:45 for ***** .i waited a week and went back to email to track parcels and there was no way to track it .i emailed fml 3 times with no response. Then message the business on fb messanger .no response. Then my bank account started getting small amount of charges one after another same day from a fl meta pay from ********. This is the only thing *** purchased on ********..sounds like a scam is going on with this business or name ..

    - order on July 22, 2024 order number *****. My debit card ending in **** was charged $53.98.
    - I have tried disputing the transaction through my credit card and it was denied.
    - order was for a three pack out hit sauce
    - I have tried contacting the company through their website, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook messenger, shop app, and regular email and have received no response at all.
    - order still shows as unfulfilled on their website when I log into the account I created when the order was placed.
