FCU has stated that I am late again and right now past due two months. I also received a letter stating i am one month behind. Same day... same company.. anyway to shorten this story their computer glitches almost every month and its impossible to make a payment unless I ( a disabled man) drive an hour and a half. They keep telling us they are putting in tickets and will call back when we can make payments.. needless to say they have now sent in a 30 days late.. in 20years I have 2 late payment both from the same company both because their computer glitched. I believe this to be their problem and not mine and want the late payment taken off my credit bureau,.. I am on phone with bank now and the lady trying to correct it cant even tell i went in and ,made a payment... smh.. absolutely pathetic,, I can see the payment made on this end and the bank cant.. we cannot even make the payment at this moment....

We bought a vehicle a few years ago with an auto loan through Florida Credit Union, no issues there, but after the purchase we received a call asking us to start a checking account with them with a promotion that because of the auto loan we’d receive $100. So we agreed, every statement we received for the vehicle loan had a box on it about this checking account sitting there with $100 but we never received a way to access that account, not even just to look at it online. The vehicle loan has been paid and after being on hold for hours at a time multiple times we gave up accessing the $100 and just left it alone. We just received mail saying that because of inactivity they were going to start charging us $15 (unsure if this is per month or day) but the same week we received that letter we received another stating the account is over drawn and has a negative balance, for an account that was never even issued a debit card or given the full account number too so we don’t have online access. Now it’s been multiple days of being on hold for hours for no one to answer, and to apply for callbacks and no response, and messages sent via their website form and no response and I can only assume the overdraft is getting worse in the meantime but we can’t get ahold of this company, we’ve tried their closest local branch number multiple times and the 800 number multiple times with no response and being currently deployed out of the country I can’t exactly just go walk in. Photo is the current time I’ve been holding for someone to answer again…
