I am writing to formally dispute a $6,000 charge made to an **************** card in my name by *********************** on April 7, 2025. I was exploring a potential job opportunity with this company from an ad on ********, but was not informed that I would be charged for training prior to understanding the job's details. After researching ***********************, I discovered numerous fraud alerts associated with their business practices, leading me to believe this is a scam. I have not agreed to work with this company, nor have I participated in any training or coaching sessions. The charge was processed within an hour of a Zoom call with them. They asked for Credit Score, but no price was mentioned for trainings because they said they cover all the costs. I immediately requested a full refund from *********************** on April 8th that morning (less than 24 hours) I and sought to rescind the contract I signed on April 7th, exercising my right to a 3-day right of rescission. However, the company has refused to negotiate, claiming that a "cool down" period under consumer protection laws does not apply to online sales. I have contacted and opened up a resolution case with Whop (the company charging $6,000) that same evening after signing their "docusign contracts." I also contacted **** IMMEDIATELY less than an hour after getting off the zoom with them on April 7th to file a dispute when I saw my charge. They are not negotiating the contract or providing a solution to a refund. I have not accepted any training materials or accessed their online platform. Despite their claims, I believe I am entitled to a full refund, and I wish to dispute this charge moving forward. I have also reported abuse with ******** company informing them of this fraudulent company. I am available to provide any additional information needed to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your time and consideration.
