    My family and I booked a party package to celebrate by cousins 12th birthday on 11/12/22 at the Flip Factory in ***********, **. We were so excited because hey, who doesnt love the flip factory. We also wanted to do a stress free birthday party and have it somewhere where they provide food, fun, and support staff to assist throughout the party. It was the complete opposite and was the most stressful day. When we arrived we were introduced to our party support team member. After that moment we never saw her again. My family and I had to help setup, we had to ask for waters and fruit punch to be brought that we paid for because no one brought them to our tables. When we got the fruit punch and all the kids came to drink some all the kids took a sip and had this face of, Im about to vomit. We asked what happened the kids said the fruit punch tasted weird. So parents tasted and it tasted like they made the fruit punch with sewer water. We told the lady about the fruit punch and she says, oh I knew it looked funny when I was bringing it out here. Than we were already more than halfway Into party and our party assistant for the day was no where to be found. We had to go down and ask the front desk where the pizza was for the kids, they were starving. They finally came with the pizza and no surprise they had only brought us 2 pizzas when we paid for 3 and than tell us oh sorry we dont even have the third one in the oven because we didnt know. So now our kids are all hungry and not enough to eat. Than its almost 4:30 which is ending time for party and we realize she never brought the kids the arcade game cards. At this Point we are so over it, we should have just paid to jump and not pay $500 for a package. To make our day better, as we were cleaning up to leave we notice ants all over the cake box and ants on all the goody bags. Talk about a waste of money. It was very disappointing and didnt meet the standard for what u pay for.
