    I have made several attempts to contact the company to inquire when the items would be delivered with no response. Tried to cancel the order for a refund with no response. The phone number they have posted is an automated recording directing people to contact them online but when they ignore and refuse to respond it just seems like a scam. At this point I just want a refund.

    It's been over a year now of constant excuses for why I haven't received a serialized asset that was supposed to be transferred to my FFL, spoke to them prior and every time they said "it'll be shipped this next week" every couple weeks, same story, shortly after they shut off both phones and email, refused to respond or give updates, sent no less than 8 emails and messages directly from their customer portal over last few months, no response for either, due to time length and refusal to make right I requested a refund which they also have not responded to.

    Order product for $229.94 0n May 5, 2023. Card was charged immediately. Did not receive an update for more than a month. Contacted customer service and was told that the warehouse was delayed. They said they would transfer my order to a less delayed warehouse. That was July 17. Continued to wait wanting to give them the opportunity to ship the item. Contacted multiple times in November and December requesting an update in status on the item. Left multiple voicemails during that time as well. Nobody return emails and no return phone calls were ever received. I have requested multiple times to have the order canceled and my money refunded with no reply. I attempted a dispute through my bank, but the transaction was too long ago that they are not able to complete the charge back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would do the right thing in time and they stole my money.

    Order ********* I ordered a Ruger 10/22 trigger from Bigdaddyunlimited.com on November 16th, 2023 and they never shipped the part to me. They did take the $73.94 out of my account though. Can't call them. voicemail send you to email them but they never reply. I just want them to cancel my order and reimburse me.

    I ordered some products from them in June of 23. Have sent several emails asking for information and asking for a refund and never had any response. You can't call them because they direct you through email. But they don't mind charging me for my membership every month

    I placed an order for a Taurus 605 stainless November 19 for $345.00 haven't heard from them! Won't answer the phone or emails!

    On 6/24/2023 I ordered a rifle from Big Daddy to be delivered to my local gun store.

    First, their web site hit my credit card twice.

    They did refund me for the extra charge.

    When they did not ship and I was headed out of town I decided to call and ask them to cancel and receive a refund.

    They did contact me back and tell me that the order would be cancelled and to expect a refund in a couple of weeks.

    I never received a refund and that was 6 months ago now.

    I have repeatedly attempted to make contact, but they never reply to emails, or answer phones. When you call their store they tell you they are not affiliated, but that is a lie because it is the same owners.

    I placed an order with this company on 12/5/23 for an item they indicated was in stock (Order #*********). The order shows no activity on the company website when I am logged into my order history, only that it is 'pending.' I have tried to contact the company via phone and email and received no reply. Due to the hundres of similar complaints already existing for this company and the fact that the company is involved in defending numerous lawsuits, I do not wish to continue to wait for this item and want the order cancelled and a refund issued to my bank card.

    I placed an order from this company on 5/2/23, and again 11/29/23 for products this company sells for $180. I have yet to receive any products I ordered, and the company rarely responds to any requests about information, or refund for my purchase
