      They were great when we owned the house. However, they have continued to charge us for service since the house was sold, despite repeated attempts to cancel. They don't answer emails and assure us they will not charge us again, yet they continue to do so. The house was sold in March, I have called monthly and they assure me it's taken care of. Here we are in June, another charge. If you use them, use a credit card you can cancel easily.

      TWO YEARS ago, I was sold a $9,000. A/C unit by COMFORT EXPERTS out of *********, **. I have been without AC for a week and a half. Yes, through the 90 degree temperatures and tropical storm!!! They tell me the part is on back order and could be another two weeks to get the part. I have spoken with two different attorneys and they said that if they cant get the parts for a TWO YEAR OLD unit; they should replace the unit. Ive given them fair warning and they are not budging. They shouldnt be in business, if they dont back their product nor do their best to help their customers!!!

      First, I have no issue with their service or the technician. My current Rheem system is 14 months old and installed by Comfort Experts which was apparently bought out by Mid FLA Heating and Air. On the first 6-month service they found a marginal capacitor. I promptly told the technician to replace it because it was covered by my original warranty. However, I quickly found out that they would not honor this warranty even when I produced my original invoice which provides a 10-year warranty on parts and labor as long as I remain a ********* member. When a company buys out another, they should be required by law to honor all prior warranties. So much for their website and service vehicles which boast "proudly building customers for life".I don't see me as a customer for life.

      Like others have said, they bought out another company and dont honor their work. We had a new system installed by that company in 2022. They appear to be operating a bait and switch with a maintenance coupon only to come and tell us that our brand new system will need 8k of work! Not trustworthy and VERY expensive. Apparently their reviews on a certain search engine are from the previous company and not their own. This company lacks integrity.

      They have chosen a name to poach customers of another company (Mid-Florida A/C) with a good reputation and when a call for service covered under service plans, do not admit they are the wrong company and instead send out someone who then expects to be paid and does not leave an invoice. It cost me $299 for something covered by a very good company and service plan which would cost me nothing. They have also tinkered with ****** to drive customers to their site. I don't know which branch answered my call around 7:30pm on Tuesday evening but the dispatcher knew very well that I had called the wrong company.Yes, they were prompt and did send out a tech who made temporary repairs and got the cool working but it took advantage of an elderly woman on oxygen.

      Great people at the helm. They care about their work and their customers. Been with them some while now, and plan to stay with thm. They honestly wish to make every customer feel like family.

      Purchased service contract for 2 visits told I needed ******* worth if product's total pushy salesman not service suppose to clean my coils used 1 paper towel then took my unit apart and showed me numbers on a tablet how my system was not up to par (unit 3 years old) lived here 20 years and was told I need another 16x16 hole for airflow !!@ ha complained and promised 1/2 of paid contract would be refunded never got it!!

      Attempting to receive the unused portion ($74.50) of a twice a year maintenance service on my AC that was performed on September 24, 2022. Paid $149 on initial visit and was given a list of issues with my 12 year old unit after completion of the maintenance. Initially felt tech was up-selling since unit has been maintained with no issues. In November I decided to get a 2nd opinion and was told by 2 other AC contractors that the items listed as needed did not indicate any need to replace. Decided to request the unused 2nd half of my service returned and called company on December 1, 2022. Was told my request would be sent to main office for processing. 5 phone calls and almost 2 months later I still have not received my refund and I can not get in touch with anyone other the local office admin who keeps telling me she has submitted the check request to the main office. I have asked for the phone number to the main office where ********* is located as she is the person who issues the checks. Unfortunately all the phone numbers listed are routed to **** who keeps telling me she has sent emails to ********* requesting the check and there is nothing else she can do. This company is a mess, no one can seem to help and there is no initiative to get a resolution for me. Do not do business with them!
