    I bought a set of rings from them, and the diamonds started to fall out so when I approach the business to ask them to fix it, they told me nothing was wrong. I then took the jewelry to another jewelry store to make sure that it was real, and I was told that it was worth two dollars. I paid at least *** *or these pieces together I was told that the silver was real, but that all diamonds were glass and not diamonds. The company told me that it is their policy to scam people I ask them directly is it your policy to scam and he said it’s our company policy they refused to refund me my money

    On 4/29/23 I had a discussion with ** and after taking out the time to fully understand the layaway process and terms explained to me by **, I put $100 down on 2 10k yellow gold bangle bracelets. My intention was initially to get only one but he claimed it would be better to get 2 at a discounted price. I went back 2 Saturdays later with my receipt and wearing a new bangle bracelet I found in the meantime which was comparable but SIGNIFICANTLY less in price. I told ** I understand the receipt says no refunds. I told him I only want store credit and would apply it towards a pair of earrings in his store. Needless to say I walked away with nothing and this is why I am filing a complaint. ** told me to come back in a week and he would consult his jeweler. I have read the reviews on the conduct, activity and fake and/or poor quality of the jewelry in the store. Having read the reviews and the repeated mentions of how a resolution is never reached I am looking for resources outside the walls of Royal Jewelers in anticipation of my upcoming conversation with ** when I return this coming Saturday 5/26/23. Although the reviews have left me skeptical about the quality and authenticity of the jewelry I am willing to honor the words
    "no refunds" on the receipt. Therefore I still seek the resolution of applying the $100 towards the earrings as I stated earlier.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They made things right via a satisfactory resolution. I can respect their efforts and as a result I highly recommend Royal Jewelers!!!
