    That business is a joke because of Dr. ****** THE BUSINESS owners husband took my business for a joke posing as an attorney I have a Hernando county willing to testify on my business behalf that Dr. ****** was indeed posting as an attorney losing my business money and never took responsibility for his game he even went as far as to get me a competent of court I'm still not over this guys games as my business was forced to stop doing business all because of Dr. ****** games and all these allegations are facts this truly did happen to me and my business

    As we do apologize for your experience, as it has been clearly verified that this office is a Mediation and Arbitration firm, where we act as NEUTRALS, and where we do not represent either party in any action. Thus in your situation, it was informed and documented with the Sumter county clerk of Courts and your agreement with this office, that this office ONLY ASSISTED you in Business Consulting and Compliance, Not Representation in any court. After detailed verification of your unethical violations of fraud upon consumers in the State of Florida to many consumers and as a reference, by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, this office desires no part in such actions. Again we, do apologize for your experience, thus ethically by the Fla Supreme Court and Fla Statute of the Judicial branch, this office stands firm upon its position as WE ARE MEDIATORS AND ARBITRATORS (Fl. Statute 44.101 ) and we are bound to report all and any unethical actions of any party, even as consultants. In essence, our professionals are trained to the highest level to comply with the rule of court and every binding rule of ethics of the American Arbitration Association, which your assigned professional, did so by filing all complied information in this matter.
