      I purchased a CPAP machine from this company in July 2020. Medicare will replace them every 5 years and they cost between $500 and $700.
      I also receive quarterly supplies for the machine needed due to wear and tear.
      In early February, 2023 I requested a shipment of supplies which included a new water reservoir which allows humidification of the device. Mine was broken and had begun to leak. After repeated calls over the next two months with no results and no apologies i went to their Gainesville Office and was finally told of 'Supply chain issues'. I switched to a new supplier and also purchased a new reservoir myself. In the meantime the leaks damaged the machine and it stopped working on 5/22/23. When I went to them for help, they said, "You're not a customer anymore. (No apology, no indication that they were part of the problem. When I asked for a manager to call me. A second person appeared to leave a message and when I asked if she thought I'd get a call back she said, "I have no control over other people's behavior!" To say their care, concern or customer was abysmal is an understatement. Now I'm trying to work with ****** *********e, my new supplier, and Medicare to see if I can get a reduced rate on a new machine which I NEED DESPERATELY. Thank you.

      This complaint ID#******** has been directed to the wrong branch location of North Florida Medical Sales.  The patient received her equipment, and all supplies were handled by our Gainesville location.  This letter was addressed to the previous office manager and never reached my desk until now. There are plenty of notes of the interaction between the patient and the store employees. Any information needs to be handled by their store manager.
