Gator Home Solutions, LLC has been buying property in Florida for over 3 years. We help in all sorts of situations, we purchase many types of houses, major renovations, inherited houses, relocations, foreclosures, evictions, late taxes. We purchase houses “as-is” – with the selling feature homeowners Do Not have to make repairs. We do not use real estate agents, nor open houses, no mortgages as we use our own capital.
