    After signing a ***************************** 2022, we tried to cancel the service after 36 months in April of 2025. This company said that we still owed 15 months ou monthly until august of 2026. Their excuse was we did not close on the home until the end of July 2023 thus the 36 months started at that time, not what the date on the contract states. If youre thinking about using this company as your security monitor, do yourself a favor and dont. Their response on alarm testing were ridiculous to no response at all on several test. They wont allow you to change dispatch sequence if you leave town for vacation or anything. They will call you first if there is an alarm, if they call at all. Our dispatch test were 75% they did not call.

    When we bought the house we signed an alarm system with this company through a 36-month contract to pay, when we received the house and signed the closing of it, absolutely no one explained its use to us and they did not give us any code to access this alarm In case it was activated, in fact a sensor that should have gone to the front door of the house was not installed. One day I had to put it near the door and it began to ring and I had to enter several digits to guess and fortunately it did. stop, we called this company but no one came to explain anything and this was left unused.They installed a service that never explained its use, after a year they appear with a letter saying that I had to pay the full amount or they would send this to a collector, but we never received a billing receipt during that year, after they We spoke on the phone about the letter from the collector, they began to send the receipts, but a technician never came to explain how to use the alarm system.Currently no one has come to explain anything and they sent more than three receipts for payment to be made, but at this time it is still unused.
