    I started going to this company in May of 2024 to receive skin care assistance for my skin issues I struggle with. The day I saw them they were very pushy into having me buy their products and forcing me to sign up for a loan to get further treatment while I was going there. Love loan company is a separate company but it also is not willing to help me out with this situation hence while I'm coming here. The company had one out of business on July 1st of 2024. I had an appointment for July 12th 2024 and no one was picking up the phones or even responding to my messages when I was trying to reschedule. When I called a few days later again there is still no one picking up the phones. I ended up calling the mall manager to find out why this store wasn't picking up inside their mall. According to them they told me about how they went out of business and somebody else had taken over. I went into that business personally myself a few days later to see if I can return all my products since the products weren't working to begin with when I was informing the company about it several times. when I was inside the store they were not willing to take my products back and they were not willing to grandfather me into their business even though I had already paid a lot of money. My next step was also to go to the loan company and resolve it with them and they're telling me that I need to still continue to pay even though I'm not receiving a product. I had not seen anybody from that location since June of 2024. I am still paying for this stuff because they're telling me they will take me to collections if I do not continue to pay. I feel this is irresponsible for the business of Withcherty.com to continue to allow me to pay for something when I'm never going to receive the product. As for the Gainesville spa center, they also have given me product that doesn't work but also not the correct products for me to be using even though I paid for a specific product. Need help!!

    ****** ********* for the amount of $4,968 The contract was supposed to cover 12 facials done by an anesthician in the spa at the mall, with the non-surgical face lift thermal cream product and 12 months of facial cream (day/night) refills whenever needed. The guy/ownner who sold the products/contract to me says his name was “******“ left without any notice. I had my first facial appointment with ****** on June 26th 2024, and when I went in the Spa, we were told by another gentleman that ****** did not come to work, and he says that I should try contacting ****** on his cell to reschedule ************. I have made several calls and texts messages to ****** with no success. I went back to the Spa a week later, I found the same gentleman, who basically told us that he was the new owner and that ****** is gone and he doesn’t know anything about my contract. He told us that he is not obligated to fulfill the terms of the contracts even though we are getting charged by the financing company monthly. He even showed us how he was in the process of changing the store name and the wrappers in the facial products, putting different name and logos on the same products they had sold to me. The product was called ******** when I purchased, he was putting a different name on the bottles/boxes. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that he isn’t going to give me the facials or the free refills which I have already financed and paying for monthly.

    A gentleman reached out to me from a number with an area code from Massachusetts.  He claimed that he was going to talk to the manager of the Gainesville office to honor the contract of the service in which I’m paying for, that includes 12 months of the non-surgical facial procedures (12 treatments ) and free refills of facial creams for the twelve months.  The gentleman proceeded to tell me that in return I would have to contact the BBB Bureau to cancel my dispute. He also mentioned that I would hear back from the Gainesville Spa Store manager to schedule facial appointments, but I never received a call from the Gainesville Medical Spa.

     

    I told the man to email those terms(12 facial procedures and facial moisturizers refills)he has mentioned to me over the phone in writing to see if we can come to a resolution.  Attached, please see what was sent to me.  The term he has mentioned in the email is NOT what he had said over the phone or what I was told when I purchased the contract.

    Again the contractual term should be 12 months of service(12 facials) and free refills, yet his email mentioned 4 months, and not what he had said over the phone.

     

    I do not trust that this company is capable of honoring their part of the contract, and everything so far has felt like one big scam and the company keeps proving to me that I cannot trust this company. Random person calling, and not the company where purchase was made to try to have me agree to cancel dispute with BBB Bureau.

     

    I, in fact, do not trust the products I’ve been sold. I have no issue returning the products I still have in my possession for a complete release of my contract with this (SEE ATTACHED

    The business committed to sell me a skin device, a lifetime supply of products (questionable) & 5 free facials. I was to provide them pictures of avowed skin improvement.
    The dispute concerns intense & persistent psychological pressure tactics used by the salesman, so I would relent & make the purchase. I didn't want the products as I already had products of theirs, plus the regimen was too time consuming. When I called & texted numerous times to the salesmen & owner asking for a refund, I was refused & given untrue reasons as to why it wasn't possible.
    No, the business owner has not tried to resolve the problem.

    Salesman1 offered me a sample as I walked by. He then maneuvered me into the spa saying he only needed a COUPLE of MINUTES. Much more time goes by & he then asks me into another room & to lay down on a treatment table. I just wanted to leave, but I hate being rude. Salesman2, George, comes in. He was a stereotypical, charismatic, manipulative & fast talking salesman. He used every sales trick: a sense of urgency to buy "now;" aggressive upselling saying I could trade in my other purchase from 2023 & later telling me I would get a LIFETIME supply of products; emotional manipulation playing to my ego using charm and "pinky shakes." Every time I said that I did not have the time to commit to the facials or perform the regimen, he just talked over me and ignored me. Even as I was handing over my credit cards, I was thinking, "What is happening here?" When I walked out of the spa, I felt exhausted & like I had just been assaulted rather than a happy customer. Days later, after being refused a refund, I spoke to ********* at the main company. She told me, as independent owners, ***** could give me a refund. He claimed that he was not allowed. The VouPre company gave no reasons forbidding a refund! Also, numerous reviews using words like "scam," "bait & switch," & "distract & scam" exist across country.

Value $100/ea Non-surgical eye lift (2) value ($100 ea)Remainder were $321x3 I have called 7 times with no answers. This was to be in place for 18 months but no treatments t-date.The amount section will not take $6,992.00
