    I purchased one My Spahhh Box from Spa Royale, but was charged 4 times. I was refunded for 2 of the incorrect charges, but I am still owed a refund for the third additional charge.

    Here are the transactions as they occurred:

    As you can see, the charges from 1/22, 2/22, and 2/28 are resolved either by receipt of the My Spahh Box or by a refund. The remaining charge that needs to be refunded is the charge on 1/28/2023. This My Spahh Box was never received nor was the $49.95 refunded. I have called Spa Royale several times about a resolution, and I have mailed a letter to request the refund. I am unable to resolve this issue myself, so am hopeful that BBB can help me with receipt of my refund.

    Hello,
    This
    matter has been resolved as of Saturday July 15, 2023 upon receiving a letter
    from *** *****. A refund in the amount of $49.95 has been submitted to be processed to the Visa ending in ****.  
    Upon
    further review, it was determined that *** ***** subscribed twice to My SpahhhBox.
    At this time, both memberships have been cancelled and there are no remaining
    charges to settle. I have attached records of the letter received by *** *****
    as well as receipt of the refund being completed for record.

    than happy to assist accordingly.
