    I went into smokes city today August 25, 2022 after 6 PM and purchased a Fume Vape. I got home in which is about 30-40 minutes away from the store. I pulled from my vape and it is not properly functioning. I called the store to make them aware and was told once you leave the store they can not refund nor exchange the item. I explained that was not right and there should be some type of period in which you purchase the vape and if not properly functioning you should be able to return. I was told there was no one else I could speak with today and to call or come by the store tomorrow to do so. I asked for a corporate number I was told there was not one. I spent $20 on a vape and to get home and it’s not properly functioning is just down right wrong!

    The customer was told to test the device before she left the store... she did not.  If they fail to work in the store they are replaced . There are several all sales final signs by the front register (see attached images).

    Now here is where it gets fun, the customer called me on 08/26/2022  clearly after obtaining my information the night before and after her letter to BBB.  I felt a little understanding and told her to come in and I would replace the item even though it is against store policy .  I do not think she expected that answer as they did not come in to exchange the item.. perhaps a little remorse for writing the BBB  BEFORE she  contacted the store to speak to the manager?

     My offer to exchange the item is now retracted as I do not care for tattle tales.  Also Miss ***** is now banned from the store as well.
