    I purchased a figure from Transformerland on October 24th, 2022. Unfortunately I received a figure of lesser value and missing accessories. Attempts to contact Transformerland went ignored. I wanted to return the figure and get the one I paid for. I finally had to submit a ****** dispute due to no response from Transformerland. On November 3rd, 2022 I received a reply from Transformerland that I could return the figure. Due to the dispute, I would have to pay for return shipping which I disagreed with. I asked if I could get a partial refund of $25 to match the price of the figure that I ended up getting (they had two of these figures, one for $150 and one for $125, I paid for the $150 figure but got the $125 version). Please refer to the photos of the figure I ordered (*****) and the figure I actually got that was in worse condition and missing accessories (*****). **** agreed to the partial refund but never sent it and stopped responding to emails. I feel that this lack of customer service and lazy response times is a terrible business practice, and it is not the first time they have tried to swindle their customers that bought higher priced figures but received figures of lesser value.

    Ah my bad I thought ****** already refunded you but on inspection it looks like they just closed the case.

    I placed an order in your name just in case you decided to do the exchange but I’ll back that out and just delist it and relist it later.

    We’re still open to the exchange option so you get the item you’re out, at no cost or time investment to you other than packing the box, printing the label, and handing to your **** **** carrier or dropping off at your local post office!

    Again my apologies for the mixup in the first place and the slow communication afterward.
