  GFL bought out our local company a couple of years ago and they've skipped our pick-up multiple times and then lie to us everyday and say they'll come get it. Our local company never missed a pick-up in 25 years and GFL makes every excuse in the book to not show-up.On job GFL, you have one job (and that's picking up garbage)!

  This is the worse experience have ever had with a company. I regret moving to this area in ************* only because of GFL. It took them weeeks to pick up our trash after calling and speaking to mukitple people including management. Very inconsistent service but they still expect to be paid. Now finally our trash is picked up but whoever does recycling refuses to come down this road. I have called countless times and asked for them to please pick up the recycling and they never have. I finally called and asked them to just come get the recycling and bins because the frustration is just too much. These people literally came to my home and dropped off two more bins and left the Months old recycling and old bins. What sense did that make? I feel like maybe the driver or company has something again this address or previous home owner and its being taken out on us. This is horrible customer service and this company should be ashamed. The entire company needs to be fired from the call center to leadership because no one is helpful and they just lie to get you off the phone. Its very sad how they treat their customers.

  GFL Environmental has no respect for people. I have had yard waste by the road for 3 weeks now and they do not respond to any communication. Used their chat system over 2 weeks ago and still no response. Called them last week and was greeted with a very rude customer service person who acted like they did not want to help. She did ultimately say that a missed pickup ticket would be placed. Still they just drive by my house every Friday and never stop to pick up the yard waste. I wish I had a choice in my area as to who would pick up my trash/yard waste, but we do not have that ability in ******, **.

  Very unresponsive company. I've contacted them repeatedly via phone and through their website but they haven't picked up our street's trash in three weeks. They've missed pickups at least half the time over the past six months. I'm told a supervisor will call me but nobody has. I've called twice today and been disconnected both times. If they won't service our street anymore, they need to tell us so we can stop paying for service we don't get.
