      Our community has been open for just under 6 years and our community sign has begun to buckled forward due to poor workmanship and have large cracks all around the cap. They installed the other caps in sections while this one cap was installed in one whole piece. I talked to other companies and they all said it was poor workmanship because its too heavy. I asked them to come and look at it. They said someone probably drove into it ( which no one did). They then sent me a quote to have them come out and remove it and make a new one.
