    This business is horrible. My car was out there three times for a radiator issue only to be found that they replaced the radiator but placed a big hole in it and ripped up a plug that cause my car to set on fire now its at another mechanic shop, and they are stating this there was a hole put in the radiator deliberately ! I will be consulting with an attorney as I pay for a brand new radiator, and they punctured a hole in it on purpose

    I already know before writing this that he will reply with his lies and bbb will say problem resolved. Went to this shop knowing I needed an alternator. Walking into the office there are no signs of prices or any information needed. I told the receptionist what I needed and to please communicate with me before any charges because I do not like surprises and she replied oh yes we never do anything before we discuss with the customer. And I thanked her. Well I called to check on my car and I get prices for an oil I don't need, a battery that I did not go there for and the alternator total price was out of my budget. I said no and that I will come and pick up my car. She said ok in that case you owe us $65 for an inspection fee. I asked did they hook it up to a computer diagnostic and print out codes and she said no our mechanic put their time into looking at your car. So I said I'm not paying $65 for something I already know and she replied rudely "then you don't get your car back" I said I'm on my way and I'm calling the cops. That was my only mistake... cause they called cops before I even got there giving a false report... when I got there doors were locked and the owner got in my face raising his fist at me and physically threatened me. They did give me my car and officer did show up. Day later I gave him a 1 star google review and he called a company I advertised for with a car wrap through Carvertise . They removed me from my campaign and causing me damages to my income. Who knows what he will do after receiving this report. My life feels threatened cause he does have my address. This all boils down to the miscommunication with his receptionist and he went about it all the wrong way all he had to do was apologize for the confusion and I would've shook his hand and called it a day. But this man is acting like A criminal with his actions.
