    July 18, 2024 I paid precision $1450 to remove two old palms and roughly 6-10 shrubs and replace with 3 maple/elm trees and shrubs. One of the trees died within 2 weeks. He did not provide an invoice. I have the quote he priced via text. I used this company back in August **************************************************** my yard. I paid $3200 for this and it was completely dead within 2 months. I gave the owner, ****, the chance to do the work in 2024 since he was a friend of a friend. I tried to move on from the sod incident. I contacted **** regarding both the sod and the tree. He is refusing to stand behind his work and replace the tree. I have since replaced the sod with a different company. This was done in December of 2023. I have several screen shots of text conversation if necessary

    As of today, 8/23/2024, Precision has returned and replaced the tree.
