    This company came to pick up a broken down vehicle on my property by hire from a friend of mine whose car broke down here. They showed up and went back on the deal with him only offering him half of what was promised and then ran over my sons basketball hoop destroying it. They didnt leave a note, and kept telling us a manager will call us back. We left several voicemails, texted their chat, and messaged them on their ******** page with no response. They destroyed our property and dont care at all. I would like them to replace what they broke. It is a spalding basketball hoop with a 50 inch backboard. It costs $350 now but $500 last year when we bought it.

    This company gives you a quote over the phone, in my case $275 per vehicle. Upon arriving, they dropped it to $50 because of "aftermarket catalyst converter". I thought that was strange, but agreed to it because I needed the money. Reading other customer reviews, turns out this is the scam they pull over most customers. I called the company a few hours later, but they would not return my 2 vehicles.

    car buyers clearly state this is a quote upon inspection. Such as it is the
    customers right to refuse if they do not agree with the updated pricing. In

    of your visit, as well as the names of any individuals you spoke with? This
    information will help us investigate the matter further and ensure that
    appropriate steps are taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
