    The three guys they sent to load our truck had no idea how to properly load a truck. They dropped a box picking it up to load and broke a platter and a ceramic pig. They carried one box at a time and didn't finish in the 2 hours, causing me to have to pay an additional hour. We rented a 26' truck and told them we needed space to load last minute items, which they assured us we would have. After the 2 hours were up and they had to stay they simply threw stuff on the truck and didn't care how they loaded it. They put a firepit on its side and ripped the cover, and stacked wood furniture anywhere, scratching quite a few pieces. They assured us they knew how to disassemble our sleep number bed, which they didn't and then used the foam mattress from that bed and shoved all of our wall pictures inside, scratching frames. The whole center of the truck was basically wasted space forcing us to leave behind several items, including a small stand up freezer as well as several other pieces that can't be replaced. Since they caused us to lose not only space and several items, and sent helpers that had no idea how to load the truck I feel a refund is in order.

    Strick-Fos moving moved my belongings from ********************** ob 05/13/23 to a storage facility in ***********************. while my new home was being built. I contacted the owner and gave him a complete inventory of all pieces and at that time I advised him that I have heavy solid wood furniture and that I wanted all pieces wrapped with furniture pads. His crew of 2 showed up and had around 12 pads for this large move. They also did not even bring any tools to take apart beds etc. and were asking to borrow tools ! Fortunately I had dozens of pads that I had previously purchased however they wrapped the pieces so lose or did not secure them in the truck and I had many pieces gouged and damaged. This was the worst moving company I have ever used. The owner had assured me either he or his partner would be present on every move. When I asked his main mover where the owner was he said the owner was on another job and he has no partner !Anyway I am not seeking damages for all the scratched and gouged furniture only for the glass table top. The owner finally arrived at the storage facility in ******************** Fl late evening with helpers. The owner stepped on my glass table top that was carelessly left at the back of the truck and it broke. He took pictures and stated his glass guy would take care of it. That was the last I ever heard from the owner about the matter. The new home was recently completed and I took the table into a glass shop and they cut a new top. I texted the owner a copy of the bill and the paid credit card invoice for $70.00 and asked him to send me a check. He immediately blocked my number !If you read the review I left on the BBB website right below mine is a review from ***** D where she said he "ghosted" her right away. This appears to be this companies business practice for damages. I should have known something was not right when he never even asked me to sign a contract for the move. He should consider himself lucky I am only seeking $70.00 .
