    The school has failed to process a refund of $1,000 that was promised to me. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have continuously delayed the refund and have now stopped responding to my emails altogether( screenshot attached for your quick reference) Additionally, I was incorrectly charged for a Part 141 syllabus while I was enrolled in a Part 61 training program. The school acknowledged this error and assured me that a refund would be issued. The fee was deposited by me into the account number specified in *********************** official demand letter, and I was provided with an acknowledgment receipt by their management. However, despite this clear record of payment, they have failed to return my ******** make matters worse, due to their internal managerial issues, Airlink representatives now claim that my refund will be issued to their former CEO, who is no longer associated with the flight school as the payment came from his account however I had made payment in the account number mentioned in the ********************'s demand letter. As a student who followed all the instructions outlined in Airlinks official demand letter, this situation has caused me significant mental harassment and stress.For your reference, I have attached the official demand letter from School,which includes the bank account number in which the deposit was made. Additionally, I have also attached the receipt , dated 06/25/2024 & deposit summary, dated 07/03/2024 ,of the $1,000 payment, which was acknowledged by Airlink Flight Schools management. additionally more screenshot of the emails exchanged can be shared if needed.Given the prolonged delays, lack of communication, and the unacceptable handling of this situation, I am formally requesting your intervention requesting you to ensure that Airlink Flight School fulfills its financial obligation and returns my money promptly.Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. I appreciate your time and assistance.
